Exact connector

The Exact connector enables direct API integration between Redline and Exact Online or Exact Globe, eliminating the need for manual CSV exports.

Connector availability

The Exact connector is currently in development. Until it is generally available, use the CSV import workflow to upload data exported from Exact.

What it will sync

When available, the connector will automatically pull:

• Item master — article numbers, descriptions, lead times, item types
• Stock levels — inventory by warehouse
• Open purchase orders — outstanding orders with expected delivery dates
• Open production orders — active shop floor orders
• BOM structure — current assembly BOMs

Configuration

The connector will be configured in Settings → ERP → Connectors with:

Setting	Purpose
Division	Your Exact division number
Authentication	OAuth 2.0 via Exact App Center
Sync interval	How often Redline pulls fresh data
Staleness threshold	When data is considered too old for phase-in calculation

CSV fallback

Until the connector is available, export the following from Exact and upload via CSV import:

1. Items — Articles → export to CSV (Redline accepts artikelnummer and other Dutch column headers)
2. Stock — Stock Positions → export
3. Purchase Orders — Outstanding Purchase Order Lines → export
4. Production Orders — Shop Floor Orders → export
5. BOM — Bill of Materials → export with components

Use the download templates as a reference for the expected column format. Redline auto-detects Exact’s default Dutch column names including artikelnummer, aantal, bovenliggend_artikel, levertijd, and stuklijstniveau.
